Will Solomon has been streamlining tech operations for leading firms in the medical, financial, legal, and entertainment spaces for the past ten years. Known for his ability to improve infrastructure, operations, security, and compliance, Will leverages technology in innovative ways. He has built strong teams and nurtured a purpose-driven culture, sharing his passion, energy, and enthusiasm with his colleagues.
Recently, Will has transitioned to a career in software development, bringing his extensive experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity into the realm of coding and software engineering. As a recent graduate of BrainStation's Software Engineering program, he combines his deep technical expertise and an ability to learn quickly with fresh software development skills to create robust and user-centered applications.
As a student of his own experiences, Will has carried (and expanded) his deep expertise to many companies and clients over the course of his career. He has worked directly for companies such as Participant Media, City Harvest, The Lloyd Group, CyrusOne, and Atlantic Tomorrows Office. Some of his more notable clients include Taylor Strategy, Turnbull & Asser, the Surdna Foundation, and Brickman Re. In his service to each of these firms, Will has built on his unparalleled ability to quickly assess challenges, develop insights, and then execute a roadmap to a shared objective.
